MEET OUR CATS AND KITTENS:  Nabucco,  Tosca,  Don Giovanni,  Figaro,  Carmen,  Gypsy Baron,  Rusalka,  Madam Butterfly,  Luciano, Evita...
We are CFA and TICA registered cattery and all our adult breeders have excellent pedigrees. We are located on the coast of Southern California and we breed small MINUET (Napoleon) and  sometimes also doll face Persian kittens.
Our goal is to produce healthy and loving pets which you can welcome in your home as new family members.  We are located less than one hour from San Diego or Los Angeles. We specialize in petite, doll face kittens.
Napoleons - now Minuets are dwarf kittens,
cross between Persian and Munchkin and they have the best from both breeds. Because we started with Silver and Golden Persian breeders, which are the smallest division from Persians, all our kittens are very small.  Recently we expanded our Minuet (Napoleon) program and we breed now also Chocolate and Lilac and Cinnamon and also pointed Minuets.
SILVER AND GOLDEN PERSIANS are the most beautiful but also the most difficult kittens to breed.
If you want a cat with loving, gentle and noble personality, with a sweet disposition which was cultivated for many, many generations by breeders during the last few centuries, then the Persian is your cat.

But you may prefer a dwarf MINUET (NAPOLEON) kitten. This is a “new” breed which is being developed, and is recognized by The International Cats Association.  Breeding Minuets is a challenging and adventurous job and this breed is still quite rare. Try to imagine the noblesy of the aristocratic Persian, mixed with the fun-loving, playfull, “forever kitten”, short legged, dwarf Munchkin. The result is not at all a decoration cat. Your beautiful longhaired “Lady” or “Prince” is able to change in one second into a little rascal and make you laugh till your diaphragm hurts. Their tiny, short legs certainly do not slow them down. These kittens just have the best of both breeds. They cannot jump on your table or kitchen counter, but they are excellent climbers. And some of them do not run as cats do, they jump like a little rabbits.

When we are breeding our cats, we consider their HEALTH first. That is why we choose beautiful doll-faced cats, who do not have respiratory problems like extreme-faced cats may have. All our breeders are PKD tested negative and are wormed and vaccinated twice before they leave our cattery.
The second breeding choice factor is their DISPOSITION. They are loving lap cats, not demanding, but certainly appreciating of your attention. They will trust you from the first moment on, because they know that all good things come from people. They are bred for their loving personality, and they will be as affectionate with you as they are with us.
Their APPEARANCE is the third factor. You can judge from photographs but a still picture of an animal cannot really show all of its beauty and charm. The beauty of cats is in the gracious way they move. They all have thick, luxurious, silky coat, which is easy to manage and a strong eye-liner, which we call mascara.

If I should describe these two breeds in one word, for Persian it would be NOBLE and for Minuet - PLAYFULL.

Our kittens are adopted with a Contract, which provides a one year genetic health guarantee. You can see the Contract on our Q and A page, which should not be skipped, if you are interested in our babies.

I put down my book, THE MEANING OF ZEN, and see the cat smiling into her fur as she delicately combs it with her rough pink tongue. "Cat, I would lend you this book to study, but it appears that you have already read it."
She looks up and gives me her full gaze. " Don't be ridiculous,"  she purrs,  "I wrote it."
