All kittens sold as pets must be spayed/neutered between 6 - 9 months old.
As soon as you send us a proof (from your vet) that the kitten was neutered, we will forward you the CFA/TICA documentation. We randomly spay or neuter the kittens before shipping.
Kittens are usually available at 12 weeks. They will be fully weaned and litter box trained and have had two sets of full vaccinations and been de-wormed twice. They will also have had several baths, manicures, they will be fully socialized and used to the necessary grooming. All our kittens learn from the older cats to like and prefer the scratching posts to the furniture. Inexpensive SUPER SCRATCHER -(Wall-mart) is their favorite and we recommend it for your every room. Most of our kittens at the age of 12 weeks can also understand and obey the "NO!" order.

This kitten/cat is being sold as a pet, does not have the breeding rights and must be spayed or neutered before the age of 8 months. Her CFA or TICA registration documents and pedigree will be forwarded to the new owner after proof of spay/ neuter is provided to a breeder.
The kitten/cat is sold in good faith and appears to be in an excellent health and age appropriate weight.
The sold kitten /cat is protected by a health guarantee against all life threatening genetic defects up to one year of age. Should it be found by a licensed veterinarian that this kitten/cat in fact has a life threatening genetic defect, upon written proof, the kitten can be returned and a replacement kitten/cat will be given when available.
The kitten/cat has to be examined by a veterinarian within three days of taking possession of the kitten/cat. Failure to have the kitten/cat examined within the three days relieves the seller of any financial responsibility. After that any expenses incurred by the new owner for the veterinarian or the treatment of the kitten/cat shall be the sole responsibility of the new owner. Should medical treatment be necessary within 3 days period, upon proof, the breeder will be responsible for half of the incurred bill for medication only.
If for any reason, the buyer needs to place this kitten/cat in another home, the kitten/cat will be offered to the breeder first. This is done to protect the animal and no money will be refunded. It is expected that the buyer will provide a loving home that cares for all the physical, medical, and emotional needs of the kitten/cat.
This agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and all obligations of the parties created hereunder are performable in the County of San Diego, State of
California. Kaiser Opera maximum liability for this cat is the cat's purchase price, less the cost of shipping.

Once you filled out our APPLICATION FORM you are on our WAITING LIST. It means that you have the first choice from our new kittens.
You can follow our NURSERY page, where the pictures of our newly born kittens are displayed for several weeks. As soon as you will see the kitten you want to adopt, let us know and the kitten will be reserved for you as soon as you pay $ 100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. (With $ 10 deposit the kitten will be held for you for 48 hrs.) The kitten will be delivered to you when it is at least 12 weeks old.
The kittens which are not spoken for during the first 5-7 weeks are moved to AVAILABLE KITTENS page and can be adopted by customers who are not on our WAITING LIST.
